How Denplan works
Denplan works on a direct debit monthly scheme, where a monthly fee is taken each month. The monthly fee will depend on what level of cover you have decided to go for. Our plans start from £10.42 a month.
Each plan will then entitle you to the essential recommended dental cover each year with other benefits as well. For example, the standard plan of £19.17 a month will cover you for your 2 routine dental checks per year, as well as any routine x-rays as required, and 2 hygiene appointments per year. This plan will cost you £230 per year, and if you paid on a per visit basis, it would cost you £240 or more per year (2 check ups, 2 hygiene appointments, plus necessary X-rays).
As well as covering you for your essential dental care there is also a further 10% discount towards any additional general work you may need, such as fillings. It is recommended that you attend the dentist on a regular basis as it will help maintain your natural teeth for longer and any problems you may have will be picked up sooner than if you don’t go to the dentist on a regular basis. In terms of dentistry and dental care, the longer problems are left undiagnosed they can quickly become more serious and severe which leads to more treatment required and more money and time needed to be invested to rectify any problems.
