Terms and conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against the amount or treatment stated on the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to The Walton Practice on 01737814404 or email enquiries@thewaltonpractice.com providing all details including proof of purchase, gift voucher number (found on the voucher) and a photo ID for verification purposes.
The Walton Practice reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
The Walton Practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees)
If a gift voucher states it is for a specific treatment, it may be necessary for the recipient to have had a check-up at the practice, or with another practice, for which proof of dental health will need to be provided, within the previous 6 months. The Walton Practice will advise on this depending on the treatment stated.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers and Gift Voucher balances cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay existing invoices, nor can they be transferred to another customer’s account. The resale of Gift Vouchers is not permitted.

Available to purchase at reception, our gift vouchers can be tailored to a specific treatment or loaded with a monetary value of your choice, giving the recipient the flexibility to choose what suits them best. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or any special occasion, simply speak to our reception team and we'll be happy to help.
Referral Offer – Terms & Conditions
The Refer a Friend offer is available to existing patients of The Walton Practice who refer a friend or family member who is new to the practice.
The referred patient must present or mention the referral card when booking or attending their first appointment.
The referred patient will receive £20 off their first new patient check-up. This offer applies to the examination only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used against any other appointment or treatment.
The referrer will receive their reward once the referred patient has attended their first new patient check-up and the referral offer has been applied.
Private (non-Denplan) patients will receive £20 off their next routine dental check-up. This discount must be redeemed within 12 months of the referred patient's first appointment and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another patient.
Denplan patients will receive a £20 Smile Reward Voucher to redeem against eligible products or treatments at The Walton Practice, including oral health products, whitening products and cosmetic treatments not included within their Denplan membership. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the referred patient's first appointment, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please ask at reception for more details on products available from The Walton Practice.
The referral reward is only available for patients who are genuinely new to The Walton Practice and have not previously attended the practice.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other introductory offer, promotion or discount.
Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person.
The Walton Practice reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
