What to expect from your anti-wrinkle injection appointment

Your initial consultation

Before any treatment, you will attend a face-to-face consultation at our Walton on the Hill clinic. During this appointment, we will:

• Discuss your concerns – for example, frown lines, forehead lines or crow’s feet.

• Take a full medical history to ensure treatment is safe and suitable for you.

• Assess your facial muscles at rest and in motion to understand how your expressions create lines.

• Explain how anti-wrinkle injections work, what they can achieve and how long results typically last.

We can also talk through complementary treatments, such as dermal fillers for deeper or static lines, cheek fillers or chin fillers for contour and lift, and lip fillers if you would like to soften lines around the mouth or enhance your smile.
